Why Hire a Content Consultant for Your Business?

When you represent your business, you do so in the professional way possible. If you have employees, you want them to represent your business in the most professional way possible.

Every marketing, advertising, social media, promotional, and public relations contact you have with your clients or customers should also represent your business in the most professional, persuasive way possible.

You and your employees are skilled in your industry and in particular areas of your business. However, you may never have sharpened your writing skills to the level attained by professional writers.

Even if you do possess excellent writing skills, you need to keep up with developments in your industry, within your business, and with your competitors.

Trying to keep up with changes to SEO, marketing, advertising, social media, promotional, and public relations strategies takes away time that you need to spend on your business and industry.

Your business deserves a skilled, experienced, professional content consultant to be certain that your marketing, advertising, social media, promotional, and public relations strategies and materials provide the professional, persuasive representation that your business requires to stand out and succeed.

Contact Elizabeth at Home Arts Content and Copywriting with your questions and projects.

SERVICES

Due to the rising interest rates created by efforts to reduce inflation, Home Arts Content and Copywriting is (SURPRISE!) reducing fees on services for the duration.
Low operating costs help me to lower your costs.

The sale price is for new clients, new businesses, and small businesses. Given the effects inflation will have on interest rates for many businesses, the sale price will remain in effect until the economy recovers.

Before ordering a service, please download and fill out the Business Information Survey below. Return it to HomeArtsContentandCopywriting@gmail.com. I will use the information you provide to understand your business, your customers, and the goal of your project. This information will provide the basis of the proposal that I return to you. I will contact you within 24- to 48-hours with either a proposal of additional questions.

The best procedure is to wait to place your order until all the details of your project have been discussed and you have received a contract to which both parties have agreed.

Clicking on a "Click Here to Order" button will take you to a page with more information on the service. If you prefer to pay for the service in full with a one-time payment, you can add that service to your cart from that page when you are ready to order. You will receive a Client Business Information survey and a standard contract form sent via email. The contract must be filled out, signed, and returned via email before work will begin. If the contract is not filled out, signed, and returned within 14 business days, no work on the project will have been done, and the prepayment will be returned.

Home Arts Content and Copywriting customarily offers a discounted rate to first-time clients. However as highlighted above, until small businesses and the economy have recovered from inflation, Home Arts Content and Copywriting is extending that introductory rate to small businesses as well.

You are entitled to two free revisions, and you may cancel your project at any point during the process for any reason. Business situations can change, and your project needs may change as a result. However, cancellations will result in a kill fee that's explained below. A full explanation of the Home Arts Content and Copywriting revision and cancellation policies can be found at the bottom of the checkout page under "Return Policies."

Contracts will be sent through Upwork.com's Direct Contract service. As a client, you do not need an Upwork membership. However, Upwork offers escrow and mediation services. For fixed-price contracts, half of the payment is due in advance with the remainder due upon completion of the work. If the contract is canceled for any reason after work has begun, the initial advance payment will be treated as a non-refundable deposit known as a kill fee.

HomeArtsContentandCopywriting.com reserves the right to refuse to provide services to clients who abuse its policies. HomeArtsContentandCopywriting.com also reserves the right to cancel contracts and retain the kill fee if a client attempts to abuse its polices or to commit fraud

Please use the contact form if you have any questions.

Client Business Information Survey
Please download this survey and answer the questions about your business, your customers or clients, and your project. Return it to HomeArtsContentandCopywriting@gmail.com. Your answers will provide the initial level of information that I'll use to create a proposal for your project. You will hear back from me within 24- to 48 hours with either a proposal or additional questions.

Customer Survey Wording (Pricing is per survey.)

The most informative customer surveys are formatted to avoid leading the answers of respondents. They also properly alternate open-ended and multiple-choice questions with items for respondents to rank on how much they agree and disagree.

Carefully, properly worded and formatted surveys provide insights into your customer's needs and desires that guide you in selecting and improving your products or services as well as your marketing efforts.

You probably know the demographic statistics such as their general age range, level of education, income level, and so on. That information is useful, but it's generic and lacking in insight into your clients or customers as real living, breathing people.

When you know your clients or customers as well as you know your family members and closest friends, you think of them as real individuals with families and day-to-day concerns. The better you know your customers, the better you understand what motivates the emotions behind their decisions to buy your products or services.

You may discover that your customers don't fall into a single category. They may fall into two or more market segments, each with differing needs that are best served with different marketing messages and channels.

Depending on how much information you have gathered previously, you may need an extensive survey or a short targeted one. Standard copywriting fees for survey questions range from $500 to $1,000.

The above range and stated fees do not include any analysis of the survey results. However, for an additional fee of $20 per hour, Home Arts Content and Copywriting offers an analysis of and a short report on the survey results.

The sale price is for new clients, new businesses, and small businesses. Given the effects inflation will have on interest rates for many businesses, the sale price will remain in effect until the economy recovers.

Website & Blog Post Proofreading & Editing (pricing is per hour)

Online, your writing represents you and your business. It's your writing that creates your first impression on potential clients. It's also your writing that attracts attention from search engine spiders. According to ahrefs.com, 90.63 percent of websites receive no organic traffic.

If the content on your website isn't written to conform to the way search engines and potential clients conduct searches, your site will be among those with no traffic.

They will move on. They will look for a website that shows more concern for accuracy and organization.

You can ensure greater content accuracy by choosing a writer who knows the terms used in your industry. Potential clients will recognize the expertise displayed in the writing and respond to it with more confidence in your business.

The current rates for proofreading and editing a website range from $20.00 to $35.00 per hour.
